While with NJ State Trooper Det. Paul Kochis, right, inside the Homicide Task Force's office, Raheem Cleveland, who was one of the 7 people wounded at the shooting on Sheerer Ave., is escorted to jail just after being placed under arrest for the murder at 349 Osborne Terrace where Marquis Robinson was killed on his porch the week prior. On Sheerer Ave., Cleveland the intended target, returned fire with a .40 caliber hand gun that was traced back to being used to kill Robinson. This evidence and multiple eyewitness accounts that Cleveland was the gunman at Osborne Terrace was enough to charge him with the homicide.
