A hysterical woman is restrained near the shooting site in Newark, NJ. Police were involved in a shooting at Mt. Prospect Ave and 2nd Ave. where Adrian Facto, 44, was shot to head, after he stole a mini van and dragged a pedestrian who then became pinned under vehicle driven by him.
