At the intersection of 2nd St. and Clinton St., a frustrated Sarina Franchina waits in her engine flooded SUV only a couple blocks from her house in Hoboken, NJ. She had gone food shopping and her vehicle was filled with groceries and was told that there were no tows available. Multiple vehicles were incapacitated in the area due to the high water in Hoboken the day after Hurricane Ida caused wide spread flooding.
