On 14th St. a distraught man is restrained after seeing the covered body of Al-Tariq Harris who was gunned down and 3 others wounded in a hail of gun fire with approximately 50 bullets being shot from two 9-mm handguns and a Romanian version of a AK-47 assault rifle.
